a Jersey cow is a cow used only to extract it's milk. it's a dairy cow. harmless. i was calling all the New Jersey folks dairy cows. i was calling them harmless compared to TexAns.
all in good fun of course.

It's the other way around, fool. Sort of. They're named after Jersey, not New Jersey.
