So it looks like the results are pretty inconclusive
I really like shopping for jeans at the Gap - they seem to be the only place that fits me properly. Although, unless I can find ankle-length, they are too long
But seriously. I have spent HOURS looking for jeans, and then just walked into the Gap and grabbed a 10/11 in a nice style and they fit just right. Whew.

I've always wondered why the same brand would change their sizes. It's odd.
I think Lucky Brand jeans have done this. I'm not kidding. Because I owned two pair of 8s about two years ago when I was skinnier and couldn't fit into them anymore. Now I can fit into them again, and I went shopping for some more Lucky's thinking I'd be able to fit into some 8s. Oh no no no, not even close. So I don't know what's going on.
Plus, I have a whole range of pants. I am at the top end of what is considered a healthy weight for me, and I have a range of pants from 7-10. Most of them are 8s and 9s. I guess I'm just going to have to live with the fact that my pants sizes will always be rather large because if I ever fit into a size 3 I know something is wrong. My goal is a 5....someday.

L.E.I. is the brand that I wear the most of, and the size range is crazy.

If I were to chop off an arm, and then the rest of my fingers so i only had one finger, one hand on one arm, would that solve the problem?
