I don't know if you guys are being serious or not ... but, not eating = lose. I suppose I'm one to talk, but I do find myself running out of energy quite quickly and always tired (after a prolonged period of time) and I get sick really easily. I also heard that it's the reason I'm so cold all the time. Brrr.

I eat completely incorrectly. It's gotten to a point where my metabolism just refuses to work. Like I eat...but I don't eat enough calories to maintain my weight. Yet somehow I don't lose. I think it's my metabolism. I wish I knew how to fix it

I suppose more activity would cause it to speed up.

maybe you should see a doctor about that, you could have a thyroid problem which would affect your metabolism

are you on a diet, or excerise often? or find yourself upset a lot?

I had my thyroid checked already because my mom has an underactive one. She's not really overweight though...Anyhow, I don't have a thyroid problem as of a year ago.

I am kind of on a diet, kinda not. It's inconsistent ... so, who knows. I am upset alot though. I'm all about the mood swings. But, that's how I've always been.

just be careful, are you underweight at all? cause that would explain a lot of your symptoms
