Ok...I watch the movie and I think I get it. There's just one thing I dont understand...black text---> Who is Frank?? I know Donnie sees him when he doesnt take his meds but at the end why is he a teenager? Sorry if its a dumb question.

Frank is like Donnie's guide through the process of discovering his path. Donnie's "disorder" allows him to see Frank (where as his psychiatrist thinks of Frank as a hallucination caused by a mental disorder - hence the medication). In the end, it's kind of like Donnie's vision of Frank the Rabit was actually a reflection of a significant event that would later happen to him, and that Frank the Rabit is a reflection Frank, his sister's boyfriend, in his holloween costume.
