Hehe we should have a new club

And yeah people can pick up other people's prescription. When I get mine done there are always old people getting them for their spouses. I've never had to show ID either. Even though I have a card to get my prescriptions for free I don't think my regular pharmacist has ever checked, though the man at the hospital today did.

If it gets stuck, you or a dr. could get it out. And very, very few people get tss. I just wear mine how I want and I never get sick. You can also get tss from bandaids...

see, my reasoning for not using them is pretty simple. they freak me out. no idea why. they just do and i've never had any desire to try them.

i remember once in highschool .. my best friend asked me to go to the store with her to buy them for the first time. she wouldn't touch them or even look at them and was all embarrassed .. so i started throwing the boxes at her .. she made me take them up to the register and buy them for her

In grade six a bunch of people convinced this one guy that he was having his first period, so he went around asking for tampons.

What? Convincing him? He didn't know what a period was. I'm not sure what they said to him, but whatever it was ... it worked.

And I don't want to know what he would have done with a tampon if he'd found one...

I can't imagine not using tampons. I have since the very first time, firstly because I had a swimmeet that afternoon and secondly, i think pads feel like diapers.

To each his own!

HER own ;)

Well, I'm not even sure if I have to pay for the shot, because my mom has benifits and I think it's covered under that but I'm not sure. you'd think a doctor would tell me if I had to pay at the time when he explained the procedure of picking it up. I was freaking sobbing in his office, I was so nervous.

I meant to say something about this before but I forgot... I think it was Alex that said that pads are gross... but personally I think that tampons are more gross... anyone else agree? Plus your hands get bloody when you put it in, which doesn't typically happen with pads unless you're spastic taking it out of your undies or something.

agreed. especially in the summer time when it's all gross and hot and sticky .. the thought of wearing a pad is just .. *shudders* plus i was always so paranoid people could tell or something since they really do feel like you're wearing a diaper.

and ew. my hands never get bloody. :wtf:

Really? Mine have every time I've put a tampon in. Course, I think I bleed more than most people, so maybe that's why.

I bleed ALOT, and I have never once gotten bloody... There's more bloody involved for me if I use a pad. I used to try to use them at night, but that didn't work out.
