having to go back to complete a colouring. I have never heard of that before. Either you just bleach your hair or you dye it. If your going blonde, I don't know why it would take multiple visits.

You have to bleach your hair to go lighter, to go darker you need dye.

One of my teachers is taking off points from my grade if it doesn't get shaved
