i'm back from ottawa. had an amazing time. the experience has made me re-think a lot of things going on in my life.

Bleh, I took this stuff called Greens+ yesterday, which is supposedly made with about thirty different fruits, vegetables and other miscellaneous natural good stuff, and is worth about 6 servings of said vegetables in a single glass. And the stuff nearly killed me, I swear. "Superfoods" = evil!

ooh. the cm appears to be back.
edit: wow. i just noticed my post from a couple of days ago actually worked.
well. today's thing: i ate lots of ice cream and listened to jeff buckley.

geez, i go away for the weekend and the cm dies. 
anyways, i wasn't home all weekend. i was at my brothers wedding. it was fun. it was really beautiful. they had it at casa loma. heh, 10 minutes before the ceremony, my brother and my sister in law (whoa, it sounds really weird saying that) managed to lock themselves out of the castle. but we found an extra key and rescued them.
interesting moments of the night: the maid of honor was twirling me around in the hall, and a managed to flash a bunch of guys that were standing around. a bunch of my brothers friends managed to get me really, really drunk, which was really, really stupid. i really have to learn how to say no to people. spent the night in a hotel room. not alone.
