Hey guys, I'd appreciate some help here. I'm making a powerpoint presentation and I'm using music. What happens is that the music resets with each slide change. How would I make it so that it doesn't do that?

ok, i need a little help here. my computer dude put a lock on my computer so that i can only install stuff when i am logged in as an administrator, not a user. (because i've had lots of problems with viruses installing themselves onto my computer. anyway) when i install a program under my administrator account, i should be able to access the program from my user account, but some programs won't let me. like the hub. every time i want to use the hub, i have to log off my user account and log onto my adminsitrator account. anyone got any suggestions on how i can use my programs when i am logged in as a user?

you should have an option to put in your admin password while installing in your user acct and thus letting you to use it in both

Anybody wanna try and tell me what's wrong here? Media player was working fine, then suddenly it won't play sound anymore. It will play the stuff, but I have no sound from it. I can still here msn beeps and such, but nothing from media player. Help, I need music to live.

Have you tried restarting? Sometimes Winamp flips out and stops playing sound for me, and it usually fixes when I restart.
I'm assuming it's nothing in your volume controls, since you said MSN sounds still work. But you could try looking in your Volume Control, too, and make sure nothing's muted or turned all the way down that shouldn't be (Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Sounds and Audio Devices --> Volume [tab] --> Device Volume [section] --> Advanced).
You could also check your audio devices (Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Sounds and Audio Devices) to make sure the correct audio devices are set and all that.
Hopefully for your sake (considering you don't seem to know much about this considering your question), it can be fixed with a simple reboot.

I did restart. It was the first thing I tried, I checked the sound settings too, all's normal there. I even download it again, and still nothing.

Had the volume on Windows Media Player all the way down or muted?
