(Smog) - Supper

Why am I the only person that posts in this thread?
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

I work at Best Buy. That's how. I get $14 cd's for $9 or less. Hell, most of the music in my store from the 1960s-80s I get for $7 or less, so that's how I can afford it.

Yeah, it's kind of nice.

Was that to me? Leonard Cohen, ahhhh, now that's what I call great Canadian talent. I've been big with him and Joni lately.

Sarah Harmer - All of Our Names.

Not a bad cd. Very very mellow, and good for background music.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

The Verve Pipe - um ... I don't know what it's called. I think it's their latest CD - it came out in 2003 I think.
Nirvana - From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah (sp?)

I would have bought Reckless by Bryan Adams too but someone stole the CD even though the box was in the store :(
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.
