Does anyone know why my backgrounds will never load for livejournal in mozilla firefox?
This is why I use IE... it's the standard for web design, so almost every website will look how it should in it.

But it seems to be continually infected with ad/spyware and website redirections...

If you have enough spyware programs, you don't have that issue.

Does anyone know of a good codec or plugin or whatever they're called for winamp? I can't play the avi files that I'm downloading from lokitorrent. It's weird cause I never had problems with the files from suprnova. 
I even have 5.8 Pro or whatever it's called. It won't play in the windows player either.

Is it possible for me to burn .avi files onto a dvd? if not, any suggestions on how to convert and burn?

Jonny, you'll need to convert them to mpeg-2 or to .m2v files before they'll be viewable on a dvd player. You'll also need an authoring program to create the .vob, and .ifo files so the dvd will be readable. Tmpgenc has the best pc based mpeg-2 converter. They also have a good basic dvd authoring program. If you need more info just message me and I can send you setup files for tons of dvd authors and file converters.

Did you unplug them from the computer recently?

problem solved. my mommy fixed it. i don't think they were plugged in. or they were plugged in but they weren't plugged in properly or into the right place. whatever, they work now.

i'm having msn problems.
it pretty much refuses to let me sign in. after trying for a hellishly long time, i finally got on.
there's only 1 person online on my contact list, so i'm guessing almost everyone's having the same issues.
