Raine called it a "special", he never said the word DVD.

But Rich and Shelley told us the night before that Steve had emailed them and said the show would be recorded for a DVD. So yeah. I consider Steve/R&S reliable.

i can't believe i had tickets and didn't go. :uh:

i think i'm more upset over the fact that i missed seeing rowan though.

For everyone who wasn't there (... most of you :lol:

), Joel was SO incredibly sweet. He saw how excited Reza was, and after signing the giant MPH board the frog had carried around the whole day, he took off his white band and gave it to Reza. He then told him that he hadn't taken it off since Live 8. He's lived in it since he wore it on stage at Live 8. And he GAVE IT TO REZA. He made him promise he'd wear it, though. Hehe. Then Rich gave Joel his MPH bracelet. :lol:

Then Joel gave Shelley a red band he had on (I forget what that charity was).

Then he called us "hardcore" and "awesome" a bunch of times as he was leaving. :lol:

In summary. Joel is unbelievably cool. :nod:

That's so awesome. Joel was so sweet to me when I met him. He basically bent over and was sorta hugging me when I got my picture taken with him. I :love:

Man, I could've swore someone mentioned "DVD" in addition to the Rogers things...I even thought they tossed around the word "High definition" too. Ah well, I was in the balcony, so maybe by the time the sound got to my ears it sounded like DVD
