You don't. No, just do sit-ups/crunches, walk for about 30 mins a day or something. Your metabolism will fix it soon enough anyway.

Yes. Especially Rosemarys baby, the Exorcist, The Original Amityville Horror, The Shining, Pet Sematary, basically any Stephen King book turned horror film. I only like oldschool ones though.
