I have done the "meet in person, maintiain online" thing myself. Didn't last long, but it wokred and we're still friends. Convenient.

Ugh, no one ever shows attraction toward me either! Sigh

I gotta step checking this thread, it's even more depressing that thinking about it, seeing that I am telling everyone!

I agree that you should maintain in person...but it was kind of a long distance thing.

i couldn't do that. i've got a hell of a time trusting people as it is, even after knowing them closely for years.

My dad used to meet girls online, while he was still married to my mother. Except he picked up sixteen year old girls on Yahoo checkers...and called them with my cell phone. So if you're into online dating, I have to say BE CAREFUL... (and dont talk to anyone with the sn tfleegs on yahoo... but he's going to jail soon anyway!)

Woah! Thats like what my ex-uncle did cept for the whole 16 year old girls thing. He hooked up with this lady online while he was still married to my aunt and now hes married to the online lady. I still don't get why people cheat online or offline. If your not happy, you should break it off before u go into another relationship
