Interpol fucking let me down. For all the hype, they disappointed me. There's no inflection in the guy's voice. Monotone voices suck when you're singing in a band. There are parts where he shows so much promise, then he pisses in his own friggin mouth or something, because it just goes away.

The Hippos were pretty cool, I liked them like 5 years ago though. I haven't heard much since.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

i wish i could start a cool band that no one knows about...i got some sweet songs in my head and some tunes i can riff out on the piano...now if i could only play guitar, and sing (well i don't know about that cause i really don't sing in front of anyone else besides me....) and if i could find a bass player and another guitar player and a drums player...that would be pretty sweet.

I can play the bass. I have been working on some basslines as of late, and I just need a reason to play them.

i just mastered ska guitar
we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

ALK3 are doing a cover of "Every Thug Needs A Lady" (I think it's a Ja Rule song or something like that. All the rappers are the same....untalented and obsessed with tits and Bentleys.)
