Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr, i just called my friend that i am going to the concert with and her mom told me that she is not going to be home until 5 today. Grrrrrrr, doors for the concert are at 6. Damn, i called her yesterday evening and she didn't even call me back. And she knew that i wanted to go to the concert early. Crap, we're probably gonna miss the beginning of Simple Plan. That is if Simple Plan are going on first. If GC go on first and i miss part of their show, i will be very very mad

I would just like to say this was one of the worst concerts i have been too. Don't get me wrong, Simple Plan were good and Good Charlotte were totally awesome (just wished they would have played more old songs), but this was one of my worst concert experiences.

First off, doors opened at 6 and my friend only got home at 6:15  So, we got there late and missed Auto Pilot Off. Anyways, Simple Plan was next. The first half of their set was awesome until i got kicked in the head really hard by a crowdsurfer. I swear, he/she must have been wearing steel toe shoes cause it hurt like hell. It hurt so much to the point that i thought i was going to pass out. I knew that if i had stayed in the pit for 2 minutes longer, i would have fainted for sure. So, i ran out of the pit and sat on the floor towards the side of the stage. Stayed there for 10 minutes and i thought i was feeling better so i got up. Well, i thought i was going to faint again, so i ran outta the room and sat aganist the wall facing the merch table. Stayed there until Simple Plan were done. So i was feeling better, went back into the concert room, found my friends and watched Good Charlotte from the back. After we were leaving, i got the passing out feeling again so i sat on the floor again, adn some dumb bitch security guard starting yelling at me to get up. But then we left and now i am at home and i have a splitting head ache. I've already taken 3 advils and my head still hurts.

Plus, i think i pulled a muscle in my shoulder, so i couldn't move it all night. And, while some guy was moshing, his shoulder collided with my chin and now i am gonna have thus huge bruise. Also, when the guy hit me in the chin, i accidently bit the inside of my cheek and my mouth was pretty much full of blood after that.

Hmmmm, maybe i would have had a better time at the concert if i had eaten something today?

awww .. we looked for you Lori .. Sand and I couldn't find you or Brent .. we stayed at the back for the whole show .. I thought all 3 bands kicked ass but I was hungover, tired and hadn't eaten much that day and Sand was tired and shivering so we didn't brave the pit ..

We walked up and down the line a few times trying to find you guys .. did you and Brent meet up?

Why were you guys shivering? It was so damn hot in there. Maybe cause i was in the pit the whole time before i got my kick to the head.

and no, i didn't see Brent. Brent said he was gonna get there at like 1 in the afternoon. I only got there at like 6:50ish.

we decided to leave our jackets back at my place instead of checking them in heh
so we were outside for a while shivering
and then during autopilot off.. we sat down on the right side of the stage
and there was a door there.. there was a really bad draft and it made us colder.. lol.. we were so exhausted all day long.. heh
go fuck yourself.

OK now here's my review of the concert.

The Good: Well I'd like to say that Simple Plan plain out fucking rocked.

The Bad: My friend told his parents he would be home by 10 so we ended up leaving at 9:30 and taking the 10:13 train home, meaning I missed basically all of GC. Now I sit at home and listen to Young and the Hopeless, wishing I had have been there. Second, I didn't see any CM peoples. :( Ilooked 3 or 4 times up and down the line for you guys, but didn't see you. Thirdly, my bro was pushed and his head bashed my nose. It started bleeding very badly. I soaked 2 kleenexes with blood, and it still hurts to touch 3 days later. It's swollen up to twice the size. Fourthly, security. I wanted to sit on that little 3 foot bitch of a security guard. To her, I give the finger.

The Ugly: Autopilot Off. 'Nuff said.

And you were at the back the whole time Jo-Ann? I was at the back for the 3 or 4 GC songs I heard! I missed you. :( Same with Lori. I was about to go out to buy a SP sweater about 3/4 of the way through SP so that I could get one while there weren't many people out there. If I had have, I would have seen Lori. Oh well, good concert anyhow, despite leaving early, bloody nose, not meeting up and bitchy security guards. But hey, I got 3 pics with Chuck from SP.
Some of you probably think I left. But was I ever here to start?

I think they sounded pretty good .. we didn't bother getting up for them but they were kinda cool

 Yeah, Sand and I both were .. sorta off to the side and at the back .. neither of us had the energy to brave the wild pit .. we checked up and down the line too but it was hard finding you Brent since we don't really know what you look like. I only saw the one pic of you before I left ..

And i gotta say, you missed GC's awesome show. They kicked major ass

I just saw it for the first time today .. I don't think it had anything to do with Pepsi .. they were on some kind of highway, on stage with people ... and um .. cars

The first version is the one where they are driving around and they get outta the car, set up a stage and play. But then the cops stop them and they get back into their cars, drive somewhere else, set up another stage, etc...

The new video that came out like a week ago (that pepsi paid for cause PR are doing promotional stuff for them  ) is each of the guys driving a car around some city.

and i must say, Jerry, my future husband is hot in both vids
