Well actually, it is just the same thing put into different words. I'm the frank, honest type and I don't like to sugarcoat things so you will have to deal with that. I'm not a mean person, really.

It doesn't have to hurt in situations like this. Opinions aren't the truth. If one of your family members smoked and you thought smoking is about the stupidest thing you can do, would you say, "All smokers deserve to get lung cancer" right in front of them?

no offence, but its not. to say you don't like them is stating an oppinion. Saying they are "lame" is placing a label on them that a lot of people don't agree with. Nobody has the right to decide that a band is lame.
