Dig the energy of No Warning but I have no idea what is even being said. I'm definitely digging it though.

Indeed... definitely a rough vocal, as the email says, but I'm digging the passion of it. A couple really nice vocal flourishes in there.

How exciting! I really thought this day would never come.
I just wanna get out,

The wailing and the ending are orgasmic. Still think we're getting another tomorrow?

I think that was a great first release. I'm hoping we get some mike turner sessions at some point though. I'm afraid it's goig to be pretty much all post gravity. I really have no interest in vampires too

I think you're wrong...like you can see from the band's facebook they post some videos and in one of these there was "Blind Anniversary" then all b-sides will be from the whole OLP's history (and also on Instagram they post something from the Clumsy session) then you're definitely wrong :)

Considering Raine explicitly said Trapeze was on the list, they are definitely not all post-Gravity.

oh I know they'll have some pregravity, but I'm worried that for every 4 post gravity there will only be 1 pre gravity

Hope so! I haven't been looking at too much social media. I'm hoping they have a cover or two as well :)

Man, with a re-recorded vocal, that would be pretty bad ads. The intensity in his voice is great, though. Good first release.

REALLY digging this. The only problem with the live version was his voice was off but his voice doesn't bother me at all here. Just raw emotion. Got a feeling there's plenty of rockers like this that didn't make it on Healthy, and I'm all for that.

I also love that they're including some song history with each song. Really adds to this whole experience.

His voice was amazing. Clearly they didn't pursue it because he's making lyrics up on the spot and when he isn't he's just mumbling things to keep the beat going. Love the end!

Love this! Reminds me a lot of Not Afraid. Also loving the whole write-up Raine did with the email. Very excited for the rebooted Transparent Humans site!

Yay! This recording is definitely a little rough, especially the scratch vocals. But, that just means there's a broader range of material that they're pulling from.

I would guess the next release (tomorrow morning?) will probably be something with a more polished recording -- maybe Vampires?

To be fair, I think the band has recorded many more songs since Gravity than they did before it. During actual album sessions, I think they were pretty prolific during Clumsy, HIPT, and Curve, but very focused during Naveed, Happiness, and SM. They may release fewer Mike songs than Steve songs overall, but I think we'll end up a more complete collection of the earlier stuff.
