Haha yes. You can steal that.
And thank you soo much. I really appriciate it.
I can't really work out how much fabric and batting is going to cost until I get all the squares in, but thats such a big help.

If you can get the old school batting 100% go for it. Let me check it out here. The main downtown fabric store is closing everyting on sale...

Can you add writing to a square?

Yah huh.
You could do what she did above and attach paper to the square so that you can print out on your computer whatever you want.
Or you can write on fabric with a perminant marker. Either on the square itself or write on say white fabric and then cut out your message and glue/sew it onto another piece of fabric with a pattern or image to make the square.
Or you could use iron-on letters.
Just so you know, I expect most of the squares to be messages. Sort of like above.

you can also buy this stuff that is two sided paper that when ironed becomes glue. So you can cut out anything and make the same shape with this super tac stuf and just iron it all together. it is super easy. I think it is called heat bond.

That's rad.
There are lots of different ways to write your message. I suggested a bunch above. Or if you want me to make if for you, I can.
