so, for the sake of morals, would you willingly spend more money than you actually can afford to run a business?

There's a difference between outspending yourself and having a little less profit for quality. Yes, I would be willing to cut my profit for morals. No, I wouldn't be outspend myself. The idea would be to get EVERYONE to see it that way, so you wouldn't HAVE to outspend yourself.

no one will want to spend more money than they have to for a product if a cheaper product is available.
just ask toys r us or FAO Shwartz who have both had to compete with not only each other and the internet but with the walmart as well and have ended up either bankrupt or close to it as a result of sticking to their morals

I get that this is how the crappy world works. But what I don't get is if you're defending it, accepting it as a reality, or just trying to show me how it is.

I don't understand, either. I'm pretty sure Cass gets the point, what she's been saying the whole time is that she doesn't LIKE it. And I'm with her. I can't stand how things work in this country. That doesn't mean we need it explained over and over and over again.

Thank you! I was beginning to think that everyone here thinks I'm stupid.
Of course, you still might...but I mean stupid enough not get the concept.
