in fact, cbc is only allowing those with digital cable to watch the brier and the scotts tournament of hearts. so curling is actually losing the few fans it had.

It's just a press confrence, they're still supposedly meeting. the original press confrence was slated for tuesday buy got bumped to wednesday after a round of meetings today.
They're merely meetings of a formal nature. You know the ones where thank you watches are handed out and people say "let's do this again same time next year"
