Has anyone here ever heard or seen the band Cowboy Mouth? The lead singer is also the drummer. Weird isnt it?

cowboy mouth is pretty cool...'jenny says', 'easy', and 'i know it shows' are all really good songs. i didnt know their drummer was the lead singer though. thats the same way it is with three doors down...they just get another guy to drum when they tour so the lead singer can run around and sing.

OK Gary Cherone isn't bad, but there's no way in hell he should have fronted Van Halen. That was just asking for failure. He should have stuck with Extreme or whatever.

Gary Cherone fronting Van Halen was a great idea in my opinion. The problem was that they didn't let Gary be himself and forced him to try and be a different type of singer. I heard the demos they did for the second never-released Van Halen album and they were 100 times better than "Van Halen III", which was ruined by the record company rushing them. The bottom line is that Gary Cherone is an amazing vocalist and a great frontman, and he's a very talented songwriter as well.
