Moon vs. Sun

Has anyone watched this? It's amazing.

I want a full album but apparently Chantal debunked its possibility.

I like the two of them together, but I think if they were going to make an album together they would have done it already.

I dig it. Chantal's voice/piano is so jarring, for lack of a better term. I think that's what drew me in regarding Raines vocals when I first heard OLP.

Those two definitely make beautiful music together! I love it.

Raine said that? Oh snap! Definitely gonna happen, and within the specified time frame too!

Chantal had said it too. I wouldn't bet on having music ready to go until the disc is physically manufactured.

Not sure if these are all the dates.

That was hauntingly beautiful! I knew about this side-project, but hadn't come across any videos yet! So glad I decided to come back to these boards!

Very amazing, very personal, very interesting first show. Some drama between a very upset Raine and Chantal as their dog got very sick right before the show and you could tell at first they were very off and moody. Great audience though. They shed tears at different parts; her to him during Baby Before You and him to her during In This Life. They have four original songs for Moon vs. Sun, one of which we haven't heard but they opened with and it was their best yet. They also played Make it Good from way back in their movie day.

Set List in a mixed order.

Wait Under the Stars?
Careful What You Wish For
Don't Let Another Year Go By
Yellow Brick Road
I'm Going to Break Your Heart
Superman's Dead (all Chantal)
In Repair
Baby Before You
In This Life
Johnny Appleseed
Montreal (Raine knew three words and this was an hilarious highlight as they tried to make it work)
Something from Chantal I didn't recognize (could've been new)
Make It Good (CENTURY HOTEL MOVIE SONG - INCREDIBLE THEY KNEW IT)

Probably forgetting a few. It was a good long show.
