It usually varies from show to show.

well the austin and houston shows were exactly the same except for the inclusion of automatic flowers at the houston show. heres all the songs i remember them playing...

birdman
starseed
naveed (with life mixed in)
superman's dead
automatic flowers (houston show)
4am (let the crowd sing the whole thing)
clumsy
one man army
is anybody home
right behind you
are you sad
all for you
do you like it
somewhere out there
innocent
not enough
bring back the sun
a story about a girl
whatever

thats not the order though
"Sh*t, id be f*ckin' scared if us were opening for...us"
-Dave Grohl on why the Red Hot Chili Peppers only let the Foos play a 45 minute set when they toured together

"baby, i wish you were my baby,
ill make u make a baby,
let's make electric power,
in fear u should not cower,
cuz girl i will protect u,
i promise not to sex u,
and IiiiiIiiiiIiiiiiiIiiiiiIiiiiii...." - Dudez a Plenti

"all by myself
cause I don’t want to drag you down, hold you down
cause you’re a friend
i blame myself
i guess you think it’s funny now, funny now
it's such a shame..."
-Feeder - Just a Day

I am still awesome.........................................................................................seriously.

It changes slightly every show.

Wouldn't you rather be surprised at the show you're going to anyway?? Wouldn't it be more enjoyable??

I agree that it's much better when it's a surprise but even when you do have an idea of what they're playing I, at least, always still manage to be surprised when I hear the beginning of the song. For example, when I saw OLP, back in June, I knew they'd open with All For You and Do You Like It, cause that's how they did it in previous shows, and of course they did, but when the concert started, even though I knew it was going to be that song, I still was totally excited and somehow surprised to hear it. I dunno, maybe I'm a little crazy(understatement of the year).

I think the moral of the story is that it's good just to be at an OLP concert. It doesn't even matter what the song list or anything like that is. You'll be excited anyways! I can't wait to see them again in august!

well, they probably figure, you can't please everyone, right? good question, but why do they play any of the songs they play?

I didn't like Not Enough that much until they played it at the concert, and that's when I started to enjoy it more. I think hearing it at the concert helped the song in my mind. Although I'd much rather them play Sorry. I like that song, and I'm dying to hear a live version of that.

Here's the songs I remember them playing from the Sarnia show on July 11th:

Opening: All For You
Do You Like it
Innocent
Bring Back the Sun
Somewhere Out There
Superman's Dead
Clumsy
Thief
Not Enough
Naveed/Life Medley
One Man Army
Automatic Flowers
4AM
Whatever
A Story about a Girl
Is Anybody Home
Right Behind You

I think that's all of them but in no particular order

You have to remember it takes time for the band to get the song down perfectly. And you have Steve and Mike starting to learn each song, unlike the other three, who've been playing the songs for a while now. Don't be surprised if they start playing Sorry or Made of Steel in concert. It will take time, but it's worth it. Anyways, I would be more anxious for the band to play Stealing Babies live over Sorry or Made of Steel.

^ i agree... I'd much rather hear Potato Girl, Annie or Hello Oskar... those would be like the 3 ultimate songs that if they were played just once and i happened to hear them i would just be in heaven
Even something like the piano version of Julia would be amazing... although its unlikely they'd play it but I'd much rather hear that than 4am as part of the encore

i think a Carnival/4am combo would sound really cool
Carnival fits well with a few songs...

They should bring back the Birdman-Carnival combo and wow us all. The real fans would be flipping out in the crowd...I still wanna see Blister live, but I will settle for Stealing Babies
