what would be cool to me is if the guys put 1 or 2 new ones on it like blink 182 did with their greatest hits album. They are tryin to get some of the stuff that didnt make the HIPT album, so i think an album version of Kiss on the Mouth, and maybe even vampires would be awsome... but prolly just a dream.

That would be amazing...so it'll never happen. Seems like it's just too good to be true. What if they remix some of the songs? My list is REALLY safe, I think it would look like this:

1. Starseed
2. Naveed
3. Clumsy
4. Superman's Dead
5. Is Anybody Home
6. Thief
7. One Man Army
8. Life
9. In Repair
10. Somewhere Out There
11. Innocent
12. Picture
13. Angels/Losing/Sleep
14. 4 AM
15. Hope
16. Kiss On The Mouth

--- New Track(s)---

Alternate or additional new tracks:

Vampires, Not Afraid, Talk Is Cheap, No Warning, Best Day.

They'll probably do a greatest hits album a lot like Better Than Ezra did... put on all the hits (well, all the hit songs up until that time.. BTE's greatest hits came out before Before The Robots came out, so A Lifetime, Our Last Night, & Juicy aren't on)

There was one unreleased song on theirs (Laid), there was one re-done version (Procelian (voodoo mix)), there were two songs that were rarities (Wallflower & Tremble (both available on their rarities album Artifakt)), and there were 12 songs that were essentially the same as their album counterparts (In The Blood, Rosealia, and This Time Of Year had slight differences)

I see OLP doing something like this.. with Vampires being their unreleased song, Julia (piano) being their re-done song, possibly Out Of Here & Kiss On The Mouth being the rarities, and then two songs off of each album maybe.. but the problem is that OLP had more cd's than BTE and has more hits than BTE..

who knows.. we'll have to wait and see

so basically this will be the studio versions of 75% of the songs on the live album... ya that's worth 20 dollars.

I second the "I wish OLP was more like Matt good and put out an amazing "best of" cd" opinion.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

they should really throw a couple of unreleased tracks on there to make it worth the hardcore fans while. casual fans are more likely to buy a great hits package if it doesnt have anything out of the ordinary on it...

i would advise u all not to get ur hopes up..i would say it will basically be the singles and maybe 1 or 2 new songs just to promote its release...and i also think that they are only gonna do it to get out of their contract with sony...maybe they need to release one as part of their contract and i heard they want out of it
Is there something good, something more?
Is there anything worth dying for?

It'll be a pop album.
