SOOZY I can almost understand what you mean... that is why i thought it was more Steve then Jeremy.. :D

I had to laugh with the haircut comment though. A few weeks ago I saw a band who is friends with OLP. One of the guys is Steve's friend so i said next time you talk to him tell him to get a hair cut.  .. he just laughed. I seriously told him to tell him that the cd sounded great from what we heard..

I can't believe it took less than a page for the discussion to turn to Steve's hair.

give me a head with hair, long beautiful hair.. :P
hey matt just be glad it isn't about Raine in that hat.

there is something that is kind of bugging me with these videos. it seems it is all BOB in them and not really OLP.. nothing against bob, but I like to see the band in studio not the producer. Does anyone remember when they did the wedlink for when they did SM. that was interesting to watch..

Maybe you see the producer because he's producing the album? I mean, that's his job, while OLP's is to play.

Umm... the producer is just as much a part of the recording process as the band.

I wonder how much $$$ it is costing to produce this album...they've spent an awful lot of time in the studio this time around.

Which gives the band even less reason to be there themselves. :P

I really liked the clip of Love and Trust. That song is my favourite so far even if it was still being mixed. That and Vampires both sound excellent.

I wonder when they are going to release the track listing?? Should be any day now.

 It's ok, Soozy. That's what I did, too. Heck, that's how I semi-confirmed it was Jeremy in that HMV in Toronto (he had his back turned to us at first).

what i meant was if you are going to release videos of you in the studio, you would think you be in them. That is all.

I know Bob is producing the record. I am not stupid. It just seems he was in all the vids..

as for a leak. Who knows?.. I think Gravity was finished when it got leaked.. I would think the record is finished and being mixed now. those vids could be from awhile ago.. If memory serves me right usually all the records Bob Rock produces are mixed in Vancouver at the Warehouse studios..

Right, but the question was about the tracklist, which I really doubt they would announce until they're positive what it will be. Which might not be until the last minute, like with Gravity.

I was just answering on a leak like when they whole Gravity cd got leaked before it as released. I didn't know there was a track list release before hand. I know SM had one almost.

It is only a few more weeks so it isn't that bad.. I only wonder with all the songs they suppositly recorded what will become of the tracks not on the record..

Maybe OLP will do what seems to be the in thing now. release one cd and then another one a few months later( I think SOAD is doing that now), We can only hope..

wouldn't the songs leaked out sort of be a track listing anyway.. or at least songs to be on the cd?

It would basically. Matt suggested that they will be announcing the tracklist "any day now," and what I said was just to refute that idea. They probably wouldn't post a tracklist on ourladypeace.com or something official like that until they are absolutely sure what it will be, the songs and the order they will be in, and that may not be until shortly before the album is released.

Other bands do it all the time and I'm sure they've got a tracklist ready by now since the album is "done"......I'd ask them what crack they've been smoking if they haven't picked the songs yet, even with red tape associated with the label.

But I don't know the inner workings of the music industry.........all I'm saying is, naming the songs on your album a couple months before its releaseis generally pretty easy (unlike Gravity which was rushed badly....and even then they gave us the name of songs on the album before hand)
