Yeah that's pretty much what it's like .. I used to do customer care crap but they switched me .. I kinda liked customer care though .. most text messaging problems resulted in us calling our tech desk though :lol:

Some guy at work tried to attack me today. He wanted the sale price that ended two weeks ago, and I told him that it ended two weeks ago, and he got in my face, chest bumped me, and had his fists clenched ready to punch me. I wasn't even being a smartass either. He just wanted me dead.
