At least you don't remember when Green Day were new!!!
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

when I heard this in the morning I wanted to cry. I use to see the Ramones when I was in my late teens and early 20's. I was talking with my friend before. There are now 3 members of the Ramones dead. Two from cancer   One from OD'ing

I am watching my Ramones tapes now. I have about 4 off them. You can't live in NYC and not love the Ramones. They are NY legends.

No...just legends.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Fans who caught R.E.M. at their secret show in London were treated to a surprise appearance by Radiohead's Thom Yorke. Yorke and Michael Stipe duetted on R.E.M.'s "E-Bow the Letter," with Yorke singing the lines that were performed by Patti Smith in the studio version, MTV reports.

Oooooooooh, Halloween shows are fun. I wish me and Melissa'd dressed up (though, I did wear orange and black... so I was sort of in the Halloween spirit ).

I'm guessing The Used isn't the type of band that'd dress up on stage?

Canadian Rock is awesome. I donno if it'll have the same effect in the states though. haha. I donno how the crowd will react to Sam Robert's song "Canadian Dream"
