I was at the Vancouver show and it was amazing.
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

I saw them in Thunder Bay [HOLY PIGS FLYING BATMAN] and it was so awesome. They are quite possibly one of, if not THE best live band going.

They literally fogged up all the windows at Fort William Gardens. I'm serious. The whole place was drenched and when we got out into the lobby, every single window was fogged up.

Ed even said "This is the smallest venue on the tour, and quite possibly the hottest.. How the fuck do you guys play hockey in here?"

I concur.

I just listened to Binaural, the only PJ album I haven't listened to before [excluding Live on Two Legs and Lost Dogs].

my friend( who is ahuge PJ fan) just saw the Hamiton, London and Kitchner shows. She said they pulled out some really old songs at some shows. Glad for her. I am not much into PJ.. I did see them a handful of times over the years, plus went to the SNL show a few years ago.. I am glad for her.

I was at the T. Bay show too! When Eddie went into the stands to sing 'Last Kiss', I was mere inches away from him! It was heaven. What a fantastic show.

Lucky bastard! My seats were in section M, but my aunt and I got there early and stood at the top, right beside the announcer's booth thing. Had a great view of the whole show, but we would've been at least that much closer to Eddie when he went up into the stands.

I can't wait to get the bootleg.

you can also read eh review at www.u2.com

Bono also came out at PJ'show and played tambourine while they sang Rocking In A Free World. I also read PJ did some of BAD into Daughers. Now that would of been interesting.

YEAH THAT WAS AWESOME! Bono mentioned that Vedder was there, and then at the end of ONE he came out and sang a cool ending with them.

I've seen PJ twice before and loved each show, but I'm still debating wheather I want to see them on this tour. I decided against seeing Dave Matthews Band after seeing that tickets were somthing like $60 before service. I'm thinking Pearl Jam would be a similar price  I used to be okay with paying those prices, but after some thought, as good as those "big price" bands are, the best concerts I've been to have all been like $25 or less. Then again, I know I'd love to see them again. I'll need to think about it. Anyone else going to the Philly show? I mean *cough*Camden*cough*

I can't remember the price of the PJ tickets when they came here. I think they were 50-something. I'm hopinf they at least get back to Winnipeg after the new album comes out so I can see them again, 'cause I doubt they'd want to come back to T-Bay.

And WWS for download!? Sweet Jesus!

It's absolute trash. I really hope it doesn't represent how the rest of the album will sound.

I like it. It's not anywhere near their best stuff, but I think it's pretty good. Still has a sort of Binaural/Riot Act sound to it.
