Cort Guitars??

Hey...this is just kinda random..although i need some advice..i'm looking to buy an acoustic guitar and i went shopping around today and saw a new Cort acoustic guitar for sale for $179 without tax..can someone give me some advice on whether this is a good brand or whether this would be a smart investment? thanks a lot!
