Attention all CMer's II, this is a different one

Postby xjsb125 » 3/26/2004, 10:49 pm

Ok, so the ownership of the CM has been passed on yet again. This time Rob, Kimmy, and Jacqui have passed the CM torch on to Nam and myself. Nikki will also be helping out with administrative stuff, as well as developing some different areas of the site along with our co-founder Al. Rob and the gang are also staying with us, as far as I know. We have some fun things planned, and a couple of new things we want to try out, and I hope that any suggestions or thoughts you may have to make the site better, you will pass along to us. For now, moderators will stay the same. In time, I will look into seeing who is a mod, but doesn't visit anymore, those folks will most likely be de-moddedededed. That's all I got to say for now. :D

yay for the new CM era, here's hoping we have as much fun in the coming times as in the past.

and, if you're looking for new mods...

"When looking up there, I just felt whole, like I belonged. Like one day I too would shine my most brilliant. Sitting there also made me think about sitting through services at my little country church back home. About that never-changing congregation of the same sixty-seven people and everyone has known you since before you were born. Now, out here in the real world, everything just seemed more vivid than when I used to sit in that little pew. That pew that was now so, so far away from where I was. I feared I had somehow left God behind there, too. I feared he was somehow just sitting there, saving my seat on the fifth pew from the front row, just waiting on me to come back. I left so quickly, I worried that he may not have noticed I was gone. And, now, I’m just too far away to find. So he’s just sitting there, patiently waiting on me to come back. I closed my eyes and prayed a moment. I hoped more than anything that he could still hear me." -an excerpt from my novella, A Sea of Fallen Leaves.

I have the oddest feeling that I've been misquoted.
