I'll need to dig a bit to see if I've got anything to record with.

On the plus side, the Auditorium has super good sound quality.

Cool. If you need some audio gear to record with I can probably help you on that front -- nothing too fancy but it will most likely turn out better than an mp3 player or cassette player with a built-in mic. Going to the Spiritual Machines show too or just Clumsy?

Just Clumsy, got the ticket for Christmas.

I'll do a bit of asking around over the next couple weeks and get back to you on whether or not I've got anything to record with.

it would be sweet if the band put out a double dvd set of the massey hall shows 1 dvd from each night obviously. Would be great to see these songs played in a pro shot vid setting.

Massey Hall has some sort of labor union that makes it expensive to release full recordings. Matthew Good faced that problem in releasing the video filmed of his acoustic performance in 2007. I would be willing to say, however, that the concerts at Massey Hall will be well documented. ;)

I will be going to Massey for both nights and am looking for a recorder, any suggestions as an inexpensive, yet nice sounding portable device :D

If I can find my rig and get it sorted I'll tape both Buffalo shows.
Don't always know what's right, perhaps we never will. But we'll put up a fight, so we can have free will, and we can have the choice; the choice to decide. Make up your mind, who is wrong or right? And who slipped through the cracks? Will we all just watch and sit down in the back? Or will we have to face our fears, and finally learn to act?

You know, I've made mistakes. I've had my ups and downs, my ins and outs, my share of bad breaks. But when it's all been said and done, I'll raise my beer and I'll swear God, it's been fun!

Hi all! I'm new to this site and I'll be going to both buffalo shows. I have a digital recorder. The clumsy show I have VIP seats and the SI show Im in balcony. Im not sure if the sound will come out any different were I sit. I'll give it a shot. We can compare recordings when its all done!

yeah.

TW a suggestion. Maybe something to discuss with the band.. There are some acts that record their shows. At end of night you could purchase the audio of show you just been too. I think they charged $20-$25 for it.. People seem to go for that..

Although funny enough the CM people's recordings have been better at times.

Our recordings do sound better, even more than when we began 7 or 8 years ago.
