A Paper Moon Music Video would be so amazing, the song really has that video story vibe to it.

I wouldn't argue against The Right Stuff being released. Hell, it would almost be logical, from a financial stand point, because they got a video ready for it.

id have to go with actually releasing right stuff, i mean they made a video already, monkey brains, or dreamland.

Come on Paper Moon it's an amazing rock song, the one minute guitar solo it's really amazing and the falsetto also!!!!!!!
However also me think that TRS need to be released because have a video and it's a good video :).
I think that four singles for Burn Burn are alright but TRS it's in the Deluxe version of the album this it's a small complication...

See, and I don't see Monkey Brains getting a lot of air time. I think Paper Moon would do well...so we know how to solve this - release both and see who is right!

The Right Stuff would turn heads, I'm sure of it. People that don't like rock music, or don't really care about rock music, would like that song.

I gotta say, I'm not liking Monkey Brains anymore. I can't see it getting any airplay whatsoever, and if it did, it would be one of those songs I would turn the radio down for. The Right Stuff would be a more "mainstream" kind of song to release, and Paper Moon would be more of a "fan-based" single, where it would be mostly fans requesting it. I can also see it picking up some new fans, but I don't see it getting a lot of airplay either. I think it's one of those album songs that is amazing but you just don't release as a single.

I'm not sure there are other "singles" on the album - I think The Right Stuff is the best option, as much as I hate to say it, because I odn't like the song as much as I love Paper Moon, but it definitely has more of the mainstream appeal and would get the band more airplay.

I agree with you 100%...

And i thought i was the only one not feeling Monkey Brains anymore, so hearing that is somewhat of a relief.

Monkey Brains is a great live song, but the studio version is kinda "meh...". The live version just has a lot more energy musically and vocally (the studio version sounds like Raine's half-awake). Plus it doesn't have the bridge, which just sounds like a random piece of music tossed in there for the sake of being random.

Plus it has a big falsetto moment in the breakdown. :D

The reason why i love monkey brains is BECAUSE of the bridge. I absolutely love love love that....it's the crazy random side of OLP that makes me love them so much.

The bridge does sounds okay, just not in Monkey Brains. I could understand having something surprising come as long as it seemed somewhat related to the song, but it just sounds like they took something random they had and said "Eh, what the hell, why not?". It'd be like if I just decided to put the first chorus of 4am somewhere in If You Believe using Windows Movie Maker or something.

I would have picked "The Right Stuff" - They already made the MV and it would have saved them time. It's one of their better mVs.

I never liked Monkey Brains. The only thing that does not make it a total waste is Duncan on Bass. That is about teh only thing I like in the song.

Monkey Brains is such a good song. It was a song that had to grow on me, but once it did i was in love with it.

I really love the last 4 tracks in the album. Them being:

Signs Of Life
Paper Moon
Time Bomb
The Right Stuff

Any of those as a single would be awsome.

And Monkey Brains is one of the few songs in the album that I skip. Not a fan.

Really? Monkey Brains to me is one of the last fragments of old OLP. For people complaining "the bridge doesn't fit" - Have you ever heard SUPERMANS DEAD?
