My Dad

Postby A2K » 6/23/2015, 10:16 pm

My Dad has lung cancer. We found out last week. It's sounding treatable, based on what we heard from his GP but it's terrifying. When I talk about with my Dad, I can tell he's scared and so am I. My Dad's my hero, hardest working guy I've ever known.

I'm probably the luckiest mother f**ker on the planet. I'm 31 years old and I've never had to deal with anything like this before. I've never faced illness or death and it's hard to imagine it's happening.

I just wanted to collect and express my thoughts thanks OLP universe your thoughts and prayers are appreciated :)

I feel you. Lung cancer seems to be popping up frequently over the last couple of months. I'm glad your father's is looking treatable.
