Not that it completely surprises me because it involves Gitmo. I have no objections; just figured that perhaps everybody would like to know.

The FM is insisting that it's not an official document, and has apologized to both America and Israel for the list.

It's crap that they issued an apology. It is documented and proven that both the United States and Israel use torture as a form of interrogation. They should be on the list, just like any other nation which employs the tactic.
