Should I have Mr. MaCool arrested? (Please read entire story first)

Yes. Animal cruelty IS what it is. He deserves to be arrested.

No. Give the guy another chance. Besides, it didn't occur near your property.

Honestly, I'm not sure how I'd feel.

I'm leaning! haha

Honestly, I'm surprised I haven't heard from the officer, yet. I hope he isn't being reluctant.

I did it.....although calling the officer you automatically have to speak with his 24 hr. voicemail (gets forwarded to his cell)

I told the officer I'm having second thoughts, and that Mr. MaCool doesn't deserve a second chance. I told Officer Mazzo's voicemail that I want Mr. MaCool arrested, and to contact me after contact has been made with Mr. MaCool.

This is an obvious choice for me, I would definitely have him arrested. The problem is that sentencing for animal cruelty is a joke, at least here.

Edit: Good job :duncan: Keep us posted.

Take a dump in his mailbox when he's not home. Make sure you use a step ladder. Then have him arrested.

I voted to arrest him, but honestly, if I were the one who had to make the choice, I dunno if I'd be able to.

beat him with a bucket, then get him arrested and say it was in self-defense.

Taking the idea from the tool I saw on MTV's "Next" today.....I was thinkin about taking a shit, making it into a flute, and then playing him a little tune.

I could call it......."Douchebag Digger".

And as of 3PM EST today (Wed.) I haven't heard a single thing. I will surely keep you all posted though cuz this guy sucks balls.
