Drugs

Postby Olp_waited » 4/3/2006, 9:44 pm

Ok, I know this is a little forward and controversial but I was curious on what everyone's opinions are on drugs. do you think some should be legal that aren't? Do you do them? Do you have any interesting stories? First time experiences? Hate them with a passion and think they are dumb? Post it all here, if no mods have a problem with it.

Drugs are sweet. My personal opinion is that you should do whatever, as long as it isnt interfereing with your responsibilities/your life.

That being said; i've done a few different drugs in my life, but consistently I smoke pot. I'm a fan.

i smoke pot almost every day, sometimes more than once, hahhahaha.

that and i like to get shittered on weekends.

i'm totally for legalization of all narcotics though. think of all the lives you'd save, not to mention the money on incarcerating offenders.

I agree with you there. I always thought I was never going to do them and anyone who did was an idiot, but then it changed. If you can get up the next day and do what you need to, then whatever. I tried pot a few times, I am not addicted, but if someone offers and such I don't mind.

exactly. If anyone else wants to do them, that's fine with me. It's just not something that I want to do.

thanks :)

it's the same with alcohol for me. It's cool if other people want to drink, it's just not something I'm interested in. I'm not a militant straight-edge by any means: I just choose not to drink or do drugs.

 lando

also what rob said about alcohol. actually, in the case of alcohol, religion plays a large part for me, since i'm Muslim and alcohol is forbidden in Islam. I know a fair bit of Muslims who do ignore this particular rule, but not i!
