I'm teaching myself the culinary arts

Post by Tinman »

After 26 years of microwave mastery, i've started teaching myself how to cook. In an attempt to keep myself interested, I'm recording my progress in a blog. Feedback or ideas are welcome.

That's pretty awesome. I've been a chef for about 8 years, though I didn't have training in culinary arts either. More like on the job training.
Anyways, good for you! I'll look forward to your blogs and maybe help you with some questions. :)
