I had no idea there was a civil war between the two. That sounds like crazy talk! Oh well, on with the thread.

I guess officially its both.

Yeah, you never heard of the Former Republic of Labrador? Its pretty insulting to actually mention Labrador 'round those parts.

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head

Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

No way. I used to live in Labrador and never ever heard of the republic of labrador, or didn't ever see a heritage moment on it.

<crustine> I am thinking foot squares would give people a lot of room for creativity
<crustine> and then you can make a fair size quilt if only a few people contribute
<Random_Name> yeah but then it would be the size of a football field.
<Random_Name> :P
<crustine> that would be awsome
<Random_Name> what if a lot of people do? then it could wrap around the entire tour bus.
<crustine> take it on the bus and they can make a fort out of it
<crustine> lol
<Random_Name> rofl
<Random_Name> Okay, so you've been commisioned to make a 'Fort OLP' square. lol
<crustine> that is if lots of people contribute, lots of people will like the idea but how many will actually come through
<SoozyJ> time for me to go to bed :(

I used to sew lots of stuff and I made a small quilt years and years ago. Problem is I'm not sure I can sew anymore because of the nerve damage in my arm. But we'll see - I'm going to try!

I was smacked with inspiration. I seem to get creative when it is least appropriate. Forgive my horrible spelling, I hate typing something handwritten.

"Skim for Meaning or Just Daydream"

Searching for a beautiful word,
Following the moon and its lead.
Even when I was so proud of it all,
I still lose.

Watching your wings while
using my soul
I've tried for me.
I forgot to try for you.

Watching magnificants unfold,
as I open my eyes.
My script has dissappeared
and the wings never existed.
Allow for the closed-casket funeral
Of a dream never weighed.

Tearing the stars from the sky
I watch you try and mumble
But the fabric between us
is less real then that dream.

**~~%$#@~``..~~<><><>~~..``@#$%~~**

"Fake Rhetoric"

Control is obsolete
Structure is going out of fashion

I wish I was as cool as you
When I realize you are everything I'm not

Your cliches arn't brilliant,
Open up to something new.
Until you find you just can't,
A fake world is all you knew.

**~~%$#@~``..~~<><><>~~..``@#$%~~**

(These are one's I wrote today)

"Breaking"

Those days they lost their time
Blacked out from memory
bring us back to empty thought.

Fatal innocents
Resign to doublething truths
You're always guilty
Knowing thinking knowing think.
Would it ever be different.

Lets drown those ignorant thoughts
in arsenic shots
To watch your cynide insides rot.

Fall Spill Crack Bleed

Remembering white lights
tubes of tranquility
Well, we knew it wasn't fun.

**~~%$#@~``..~~<><><>~~..``@#$%~~**

"Failing to your Faith"

I suppose it would be good
If I stopped feeling alone with you.
That dull pain replaced
with anything but more.

Please help me make sense of these words
That keep pouring out of this pen.
It's hurting my soul to have no defence.
When will you see what's down below
I'm not that hard to read,
But I guess you'll never see.

One more lie to get me by,
One more thought to give pretense
You and I will never figure it out.
Whispering you're 'a thief'
To the wind, take that chance.
But it doesn't change what you are not.

I gave up to this song.
Failing to youre faith.
I was so much less than I thought I was.
-Sarah

So again, sorry about the crappy-ness of taking pictures of pictures, but eh.

I bought a new sketchbook at the beginning of the summer and realized today that it was about half full already and I don't really remember drawing a lot. Most of these came about on airplanes (which I visited frequently) and at one in the morning with absurd inspiration.
