a pram race (it was such a random and funny thing. they were raising money for some charity or other...and it was an annual tradition. few actually rode prams. they got all dressed up and one person had to push their partner down the hill on a wheeled contraption, and there were kids lined up with waterguns to squirt them. so many people wiped out! it was INSANE)

me too. my cousin calls it Ghost Ally becuase when you walk down it, there's a corner that you can't see past, and then there's another one further down, then a third. When it's dark out the ally is all shadowy so it has this awesome vibe that there could be all kinds of scary things hiding waiting to jump out...ghosts and murderers waiting to slit your throat. Okay...i added the murderers to the story.

but they belong there.

Alleys are fun.

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

:O when did you go to London?

And is the first castle Windsor? The man on the horse looks familiar.

Also, is that Clifton Suspension Bridge in the rain?
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

My sister and I went to London our second day in england...unfortunately I didnt have computer access so i couldn't contact you. We went to the National Gallery, visited Westminster Abbey, checked out every record store we passed, walked to Buckingham Palace, and I searched for a model land rover my friend asked me to find and a tattoo parlour for my last visit to London, which never happened.

And yeah, that's Windsor. It was funny, i took a picture of the moat garden by standing on my tiptoes and holding the camera over the plants that had climbed up the wall. They were watering the lawn. hehe. I was amused. We also went to Hever Castle where I took pictures of all the crazy statues in the gardens. So many neato places and buildings. and the history! I wish i had months to spend going to teh museums and historical sites.

I dont know the name of that bridge. Hmmm. I just snapped a picture as we were driving :P

Yay Claire I'm glad you got to see some of London while you were here :D

And that's not the bridge I though it was. It looks more like the bridge in Marlow now that I look at it again - which would make lots of sense.
