No kidding. There would have to be so much work put into creating such a lie. Even something like stating that your going to a certain concert. You'd have to make sure you were giving the date a band was in New York rather than the area you lived. Eventually you'd get sloppy.

Its her or someone very close to her. She has tons of them so i'm assuming she didnt just find them on the net or something. They'd have to actually be her.. is my guess.

No, that's not her. Though we've seen pictures of the real Michelle. Pretty sure they were in the CMers pictures thread... they were senior pictures of her.

i do know a person who's done similar things. it's a cruel thing to do when you keep returning to a forum like this one where the people have developed community, but it's that very community which draws people here for a sense of belonging. if you want to be someone else, do it on a chat board with someone you'll talk to once and never again. that way long-term emotions don't get involved. it's a quick gratification for the person, and no harm done to the random second party.

*shrug* it's unnerving because you feel like you know people after talking to them here. you forget that on the other end could be anyone at all.

Wow. Rob told me that you guys knew her IP was in VA, but I didn't really think it meant anything. But I do read her LJ and have gotten expressions of sympathy/support from her, as well as given them. But now that I think about it, all the pics of Cain ARE different. I have thought that wow, how could so much shit happen to one person? I just like to believe the best in people. Damn. I feel pretty deceived. I'd like to know what the real pics of her are. I'd also like to see what she has to say for herself. It takes a messed up person to make up all those lies. A fake person to pretend to be, a fake boyfriend, a fake extensive marriage, a disease, a cursed past. Wow. I couldn't do it if I tried.

Now if you mods ever looks, I post from a ton of IPs. Who thinks I'm a fake?

EDIT: I think we should revoke her hottest CMette award, she's clearly not that girl!
