I voted #4.
1- I for some reason do not like the water in this. Don't know why. haha. Not helpful at all, eh? Also, I find the lack of definition in the mountain range unrealistic.
2- I really like this one. this is my #2. However, in the protruding cliffs going from the left of the image across the middle stands out too much for me and it is very undefined. Also, the scale of the palm trees looks odd.
3-I really like the colours and the definition of the water but I really don't like the edges of the seaweedy stuff. Like, the texture is off.
4-I like the colours and the sky and the images in the water and its my favorite.

Oh, I guess I should explain that this is for a WoW screenshot contest on my server, so all of these are from World of Warcraft and scale issues are more than likely intentional cartooniness.
