Thousands can't figure out just what they did, just what they, just what they did...

Why would you be bummed on a bench?
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Because all I could see of the concert was the singer's head and some annoying girl in blue in the front row.
MUSICIAN: You're in a privileged position in society. You're expected to tell the truth
TOWNSHEND: Bullshit! Bullshit! I'm not expected to do anything. Nobody is going to tell me what to do. Nobody is even going to ask me what to do. If anybody doesn't like it, that's their problem. It's my work. If someone doesn't like it, I can't help it.

i went to the pittsburgh show and the acoustic show at the hard rock cafe the same morning...my first olp shows...they were both awesome. i waited in line for over 4 hours in the 90 degree weather on the hot black concrete but it was all worth it because while i was waiting in line the band walked through the parking lot and i got pictures with raine, jeremy and steve! i just missed duncan :(
i wore a sparkly shirt for the first time that day and i really regretted it, i got sparkles on everything, i looked like i had a disease i was so covered in sparkles. but, if i got sparkles on everyone i was near i must have gotten them on OLP lol :)
the crowd-surfers definately sucked, i was right up front so i got a bunch of butts dropped on my head, my hair messed up, my glasses knocked off and one almost made me drop my camera :freak:

GOD. again a bathroom stalker.
How come I can't even pee at an OLP show anymore without someone seeing me go to the bathroom.

I remember seeing kids sitting on the floor. Why were you guys bummed.?

I have been to many shows with crowdsurfers etc. I have been going to shows for over 24 years now. Been to all kinds of shows. I was saying that at this show the crowd surfing got out of hand.

it isn't like it was when I was a teen. back then we took care of one anohter. Now it is everyman for himself.

I think i saw Gail at the Philly show, but I wasn't about to ask the person who I thought was Gail whether or not it was her. In the event that it wasn't, i didn't want to look like a complete ass. UltraViolet, you're like.....Elvis....we've all walked past you and either just gawked in amazement, or didn't realize we saw you until ten minutes afterwards. At the Philly show, the person i think may have been Gail, walked slowly, in a ghostly manner, from the tour bus, out the gate, and up the street, before disappearing in what was debatably a cloud of mist. 8O

Oh wow, Steve looks priceless in that pic. I can't stop laughing at the look on his face. Best picture ever.
