which will be about $80 or so American. All I know is both tickets ( Chantal's show and his) cost me $176. They charged me $20 for sales tax

and the date is Sat Aug 18th for Raine. Fri Aug 17th for Chantal

I only bought tickets to see Raine. I like Chantal but she's just not worth $83 to me. I don't like her that much....

Maybe you could call her and see if she wanted to go on Wife Swap with you?

Someone asked Raine about that when they did the Q&A during the live to air thing with Alan Cross for Burn Burn. He didn't know what it was but when Alan Cross explained it to him he said something like Oh, I'd need to see pics first lol

Back on Topic though... so far the Raine night looks like Kathy, Lindsay W., Me, Lindsay B, Gail, and I'm hoping Tom... anyone else?

and hopefully it won't rain on Raine night. It drizzled one of the nights the last time I saw them.

I am a Chantal fan..and since going up for him might as well go for her. I only hope he plays at least 75 minutes.. Except for his solo tour everytime Raine has performed has been about 30-45 minutes.. Also does this mean PACHAMAMA might be out by then./

I'm a maybe; however I won't know until that week of the show due to work schedules. August is one of our busiest months, so I'm going to hold of buying a ticket for now.

$80 a ticket I would hope he would play more than a one hr set. I paid less than this to see pearl jam play a 3 hr plus set in Buffalo and they played over 30 songs. Unless he is playing at the Vatican I seriously cannot even fathom paying $80 and I am a huge fan of Raine's solo work. Does the $80 include sitting with him and drinking wine while playing rummy?

I believe Long Jonny got the setlist, he had a picture on FB earlier. Pretty sure all the Pachamama songs were played, along with Innocent, BBTS, 21st Century Blues, Sex Love Honey, Yellow Brick Road, and Earthless were on there

I have a set list too!! Sorry I've been so tired!

The show was amazing. The new songs sound great. He's got some lyric learning to do but he always does!
He did a strange dub electronic version of Innocent that was interesting but I didn't care for it too much. Other than that it was amazing! His voice has never sounded better!! The lighting was incredible! Lasers and lots of smoke.

Sorry for the erratic style of this review. I'm still a little out of it. Most of the CM'rs that went haven't posted anything yet because they're at Echo Beach. I'm in the process of posting video and will get the links up when they're all done. Here's the setlist which you'll notice includes an old goodie I didn't think I'd get to see done live! 21st Century Blues.

Chantal also performed "Need Anyone" during the encore.

I was impressed with Raine's vocals on Dead Flowers. Close to the recorded version. I hate that there were no drums on 21st Century Blues. It adds to the song live.

Oh hello again, kids. I don't normally come on here but I do have to say that we had a really great time at the show! Very happy to have attended this gig.

Won the bottle of wine signed by Raine from the War Child raffle, too, which was a bonus. Hopefully see them there again next year...?

Thanks for the reviews everyone. Nice to see Not Done Yet and Science on the setlist...I thought maybe we wouldn't see any of the songs he wrote around that time make the album, nice to see them still making an appearance. Also, great videos Bree, really love hearing this and thank you so much!
