OLPManiac, how do you do your MP3 conversions? I may try to do it myself using the source videos, since the audio quality is slightly higher than the compressed vids on YouTube.

There are tools that will extract the audio stream from youtube without re-converting it. They usually are encoded as AAC (same as iTunes.

You just need Youtube Downloader HD ( http://www.youtubedownloaderhd.com/ ) to get the video file, and then mp4UI ( http://mp4ui.sourceforge.net/ ) to extract the audio.

The audio from the source videos would be even better though.

Exactly! I think that the farinor's tools are better than mine because he have got a lot of experience in this field! However i use http://www.clipconverter.cc/ i use it after an advice of the amazing Bree! This site create mp3 with the better quality possible! Bree use it to create the mp3 of This Is Gonna Hurt and it sounds great!!

However for a conversion from the source video my advice is http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
it converts the video in the format that you want! I edit the result(when necessary) with Audacity! And then i have a great mp3! I used this combination to create mp3 of Deluxe DVD of Burn Burn...

Man, Raine's falsetto is stronger than ever. I hope they still do the "I never knew you at all" part of clumsy though

Agree on both counts, probably the biggest thing I noticed in regard to Raine's voice from this concert was the way he sang in 4 AM (see the "like sunny days" and "blame my father" parts), it's back to the same way it was sung in the original CD instead of the lower-octave version in recent years.

Can't wait to hear One Man Army live again, I hope Raine listens to the CD version and returns to the old way of singing the chorus.

I think the best thing they could do for One Man Army would be to perform it in the same key as the album version. I think they started playing it in a lower key in 2001 and it's never been quite as good as the '99 - '00 versions. It just feels flat, and lacking some potential energy. Never been a live favorite for me, and I think that's why. The reworked version on the Burn Burn tour was a welcome change though.

Still on my camera. I'm still in Erie. I have my iPad but not my laptop so I can't upload anything yet.
