As you know, Afe Jen is lovely and has all kinds of posting-cool-stuff-to-people projects going on. Unfortunately, due to overprotective parenting she's not allowed to give her address out and receive stuff from CMers. Except for me! So if you have anything you would like to send to Jen (so long as it's not too heavy) please bring it to the meet up and I shall send it on to her. And she will be very happy - which is a good thing

one week!
I need to find out my intenerary. I'm sure there are lots of big plans in the works since generally my dad and my sister can be incredibly bossy people.
But I am still excited. : )
I figure we can hang out and go shopping for the day. Anyone have any suggestions? places to go? I'm all for touristy things but I doubt most of you vancouver residents would be up for much of that.
If y'all just want to hang out that would be cool with me.

ok. assuming this is on the 19th... i have to see if my friend wants to do something on that day. she's on vacation in hong kong, she's coming back in town for a few days then she's going to new york, so i wont see her until school starts if i dont see her then. there's a chance that the two things overlap, so i'll have to get back to you guys after asking.

(well, for me personally, i've got a little thing i can't exactly cancel between 2-2.30, *but* it's only a fifteen minute seabus ride away from downtown. so no worries.)
i say we meet at something big anybody can find in downtown vancouver, ie. HMV, the Vancouver Art Gallery, something like that, instead of the Commodore or a hotel. simply to make it easy and public-transportation-friendly. just a thought is all?
