Who needs tickets for this tour? Stop in and get some

Postby crustine » 3/18/2006, 3:41 pm

Hey all

Since so many of us seem to have accumulated extra tickets, for reasons we need not harp on in here, I thought I would post a thread here so if perchance someone was looking for tickets they could go here first.

To that end I have

Ottawa Section 104 Row A seats 7 and 8

and I may also have London tickets Floor section 2 (middle) row N seats 10 and 11

I have Vancouver night 1 - Thursday 27th. Row L seats 62-63.

Nikki has Vancouver night 2 - Friday 28th. Row L seats 62-63.

At the current time, I'd advise people to go on TM or wherever and get their tickets from there as they'll get better seats. Once those have gone, then I think this thread will become more useful.
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

For Vancouver night 2 I have dress circle row B seats 132-133. I am probably going to end up waiting for the better tickets to sell out on Ticketmaster and then sell the pair on eBay with a fixed buy-it-now price of either $110 US (what I paid) or $120 (what I paid plus a few dollars to cover eBay fees and Paypal fees), if nobody else wants 'em.

And I think Matt has one for the first night in Vancouver. He did have one for Victoria too but I'm buying that one from him. :)

Good idea for a thread, Crustine. I'm going to move this to the meetup and concert forum where it will be a little more appropriate.

We should link to this thread on other OLP communties.

... not that there are many. But the CC, olp.net, Myspace group, OLP page on Myspace, umm... I guess that's it. But we should wait til Ticketmaster sells all the better seats, cos again it'd be silly and nobody would wanna buy our seats when better ones are available.

Kathy,

Did you get better seats than row J for London? If so, awesome! If not, are you not going now? :(

I found a taper who might go to London or Kitchener, if he gets new recording equipment in time. Maybe he'll be interested in buying someone's extra ticket. :)

I have 3 tickets to the Edmonton show:

Section 215
Row 25
Seats 7 to 9

Seating chart:
http://media.ticketmaster.com/en-ca/tmi ... 15183s.jpg

I'm selling them at face value..$57 per ticket (which includes the service charge and a portion of the order processing charge that Ticketmaster so wonderfully added recently).

There are still good seats left if you are going with only one other person but if you're going alone or with two other people, there are only side view seats left on Ticketmaster.
And if I don't make it known that
I've loved you all along
Just like sunny days that
We ignore because
We're all dumb and jaded
And I hope to God I figure out
What's wrong

Oy... I really have to get rid of these! It's even harder to sell them given that I don't have them in my possession yet. Argh!
