Very good warm up band from Toronto called Cleopatrick. Two young dudes on guitar and drums. Hard rock alternative. The lead singer/guitarist had a falsetto similar to Raine's.

9:15pm EDT

1. Hiding Place for Hearts
2. Angels / Losing / Sleep
3. Superman's Dead
4. Innocent
5. Drop Me in the Water
6. Paper Moon
7. Is Anybody Home?
8. Maps (Yeah Yeahs Cover)

Acoustic:
9. In Repair
10. Somewhere Out There

11. One Man Army
12. Naveed
13. Not Enough
(These last two song were the hardest rocking and best of this night's performance IMHO)
14.Clumsy
15. 4AM

Encore:
1. Ballad of a Poet
2. Starseed

This is a really nice small venue. It's brand new and it just opened in 2017. It holds 2600 maximum. My wife Carolyn & I saw Chrissie Hynde and The Pretenders here on Wednesday night. We got to the venue early to be close to the stage. We grabbed a spot in the 2nd row of GA admission between Raine & Duncan. The fans were really into the music and they were excited to see OLP. The band could feel the good vibes coming from the audience and they gave us a stellar performance. Michigan loves OLP! I saw my pal and fellow fanatic, Matt, at the show. I think he had his regular camera and I know he had a hand held camcorder, too. Maybe we will have a nice present from Matt in December 2018.

Carolyn & I went to a small "meet & greet" after the show. I got a few pictures with the the guys. Each one of them is so friendly. The band served some tasty Our Lady Peace micro brew at the ""meet & greet". (How cool!) Why don't I ever get a picture with Duncan??!!! I'm going to chase the band down to Ohio for the Inkcarceration Festival show.

I forgot to check the ending time. The set list tonight was two songs longer then normal.

This is pretty much what they played at George Street Fest.
Except I think they skipped Angels/Losing/Sleep and went straight into Superman's Dead after the new song the audience didn't know (including me, whoops).

I also don't remember whether they did Paper Moon or not. I'm thinking not. Festival crowd just wanted the hits. Even In Repair was too much of a deep cut for most of the audience, lotsa talking during it.

Raine looks damn good for nigh-on 50. He reminds me of that Canadian actor who plays Deadshot on Arrow. That kind of my-income-is-dependent-on-my-looks glow that actors tend to have, haha.
