No soap .. soap from a boyfriend is just cheap

What does she like to do? One year my boyfriend and I decided our gifts would be homemade, no expensive gifts. So I bought a wooden frame from a craft store, decorated it with stencils and wooden letters etc that you can hot glue on and then put a picture of us inside it. He loved it.

If you're artistic, write her a song/story, draw her a picture or a poem and then have it done up nicely or laminated or something.

I prefer gifts like that rather then traditional crap.
A nice dinner out at a fancy place so you both have to dress up ..
Even better, cook her a kick ass dinner and make it all romantic with candles, rose petals everywhere ..

That's what I like anyway .. better then soap or something lame like that.

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

I donno, never had a boy give me a present. Minus dad and brother. But if I had a bf, I would want it to be something he thought about. Get her something you know she loves, something you had to listen to catch.

I thought about getting a gift for *that* guy. But he's an ass and owes me six bucks, so I'll probably just send him a bill.

this probably might just be me, but i'm the kind of person that thinks of jewellery as personal and symbolic. like, if a friend gives me a necklace, i think of it as a personal token from them. not anything terribly expensive or anything, a one dollar ring or whatever's fine, as long as it isn't hideous. just something i can wear on me as a symbol that i care for that person. not that i need a reminder or anything... *shrugs* of course this is probly why i have so much jewellery lol

Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

Yeah, I think that way about jewelry too. Like, my mom gives me jewelry, and when I wear it, I think about her. And before my Grandma died, she had my mom buy me this ring to give to me when I'm older, so I only wear it for good luck. It's neato.

It all depends on what she likes... I am super obsessed with Disney stuff. So for Valentine's Day one year, Cain bought me this HUUUUUUUGE Stitch. It was probably the coolest present I ever got. So just get her something that you know she has a hobby in or that you are pretty sure she'd like. Don't always go with jewelry or something. More than likely, she will like whatever it is you give her.

hehe rob knows that i am NOT a fan of jewelry. why spend 50 dollars or more on some piece of metal that you put on your wrist or neck? hehe

as for inexpensive gifts...i always go for sentimental things  that's what i like the most, actually...

For rob's b-day, I was stripped for cash, so I made him three things: I bought a corkboard and filled it with pictures of us, made him a nameplate for his dorm bedroom door, and made him a CD with songs that reminded me of us and stuff that we did together.

that is the kind of stuff i like too.

i dunno i am not very materialistic . and i like practical gifts. i mean, flowers are always nice, but i need a new pair of shoes.
HARDCORE!!!

OMG. I can't believe I din't think fo you
until now because when I think on
a scale of one to ten you're like YWELVE.
No, seriously?

I <3 my HLP!!!!!
