yep. my mom semi-practiced buddhism when she lived in malaysia. she named her motorcycle 'Sid' for 'Siddharta' and she named her jet ski 'Sid II' heh, she's a bit obsessed. we have a buddha statue in my front yard and a little candle shrine thingy in the living room.
What I want to ask is; why class your beliefs into a category? Just be who you want to be. You can search for peace in life as well as death, at the same time you can be looking for salvation while respecting and loving nature.
