i need some help making some buttons... and by help, i mean can someone make them for me

navigation buttons for my site... basically "torn" looking buttons to match the layout im making... basically recessed buttons with tattered edges as if the box theyre on is paper we tore through to display the buttons.

and ive posted lots lately (compared to my normal amount)
